Shipment of packages

National shipments are usually sent by transport agency, although on time and for logistical reasons these can be sent by CORREOS, after receipt of your payment to the address that the client must have given us when registering in our store on -line.

International shipments will be sent by CORREOS.

The shipment will be generated in 24 hours to leave our store once we have verified the payment by the customer.

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically depending on the destination and the promotions active at any time. In all married will always be indicated before formalizing the payment.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.

By email we will notify you both the shipment, as well as the tracking number for your inquiry on the carrier's website if this service is available.

Shipments will be free from the purchase of:
€ 60 to Peninsula
€ 100 to the Canary Islands
€ 100 to Europe C.E.E.
€ 150 to Europe No C.E.E.
€ 400 to America


We only accept return of new items and provided they are in the same state of sale. Any item handled loses all its guarantee.

In case of any incident or refund request, contact us providing us with the invoice number and we will assign a return number to proceed with the shipment of the products, previous acceptance by us.
