The safety of our staff, messengers, collaborators, clients and recipients is a priority for us. Following the declaration of the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, we have activated new measures for the prevention and protection of health. We have also implemented actions that allow us to ensure the minimum impact on the service.
Restrictions in some areas of the country continue, so all shipments arriving in these areas will be automatically returned to the sender. The affected postal codes or towns are published on the GLS website.
On a temporary basis, and with the aim of protecting the health of our couriers and recipients, we have started the delivery and collection process, ZERO contact, where the courier and receiver must maintain the distance recommended by the health authorities of 1 meter ( 3 steps).
Furthermore, we maintain direct contact with GLS subsidiaries to find out the situation in each of the countries in the network to offer updated information.

We only accept return of new items and provided they are in the same state of sale. Any item handled loses all its guarantee.
In case of any incident or refund request, contact us providing us with the invoice number and we will assign a return number to proceed with the shipment of the products, previous acceptance by us.
